Randal Nardone began his career as a Lawyer at the Thatcher Proffitt & Woods Law Firm before his transformation into the financial sector. He then joined BlackRock Financial Management Inc., and later UBS. He is also a director of the Eurocastle Investment Incorporation. In 1998, he joined in the co-founding of the Fortress Investment Group together with his co-founders Rob Kauffman and Wesley Edens.
