Before joining Paragon Biosciences, Jeff Aronin was involved in several other biotech companies. Mr. Aronin was president and CEO of Ovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2000 to 2009. He also founded that company in 2000. Also, in 2009, he joined Lundbeck Inc. as president and CEO during its acquisition and incorporation of Ovation Pharmaceuticals. Through all of this Jeff Aronin has nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing leading biotech and healthcare companies around the world. Jeff Aronin is also responsible for co-founding some of the companies in the Paragon Biosciences portfolio. He is the co-founder and non-executive chairman of Castle Creek Pharma as well as the non-executive chairman of Harmony Biosciences.

Jeff Aronin has been recognized several times for his success in the biotech field. He has been given the honors of the 2017 Weizmann Leadership Award, Frederic A. Gibbs Discovery Award, Pharmaceutical Executive magazine’s “45 under 45”, and many more.
