The group sold its 10% share in the £1.3 billion Trillium Investment Partners stock which put money in different partnerships. It covered some 108 assets which include a prestigious university and hospital located in the City of London to existing fund investors and assumed the name Semperian.
The Man Behind the Organization’s Success
Graham Edwards has served Telereal as CEO since 2001. He took the lead in the transfer of 6, 700 assets from British Telecommunications to Telereal in a property outsourcing arrangement that cost £2.4 billion. Before joining Telereal Trillium, he performed the functions of CIO for the company called Talisman Global Asset Management Limited. Mr. Edwards also held various positions specifically Merrill Lynch Investment Management fund manager as well as finance director for the property department of BT Group.
Graham Edwards obtained an economics degree at the Cambridge University in England. He belongs to the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales – ACA), Association of Corporate Treasurers, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the United Kingdom Society of Investment Professionals.
